Laylah was born in Fairfax, Virginia in 2009. Laylah first came to Centreville High School in August of 2023.

Laylah’s MAIN goals as a writer are:

1. She wants to get better at how she forms her sentences.
2. How to form the majority of her sentences, in a professional way, so that it can attract more viewers of whatever she is writing (not with AI).
3. She wants her writing to stay clean & not messy. ( Laylah tends to write very very fast, so when she writes anything on paper, she ends up writing in cursive, or putting loops into her words. Which really can be a handful, because Laylah is the type of person that wants her writing to be PERFECT, & make FULL sense.

Laylah’s MAIN goal as an aspiring journalist is that she wants to be able to write professional information about interesting topics. For example, Laylah really enjoys learning new things about her favorite celebrities.

Laylah has a VERY BRIGHT personality. She likes to make her writing stand out from others, by showing expression in what she is talking about. She feels like when she does this, she is showing her true emotions on how she feels about what she is writing about.
