Singer-songwriter, actor, and beauty mogul Selena Gomez says she may only have one last album left in her. Her career started in 2002 when she started acting. She acted in early “Barney and Friends” and “Wizards of Waverly Place.” She then was asked to create an album with “Wizards of Waverly Place” which later became a career. Selena shared about how singing was supposed to only be a hobby. The Smartless podcast hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett aims to bring people with different life paths together and to share their story. On the podcast, Selena said, “I wanted to be an actress. I never really intended on being a singer full time but apparently that hobby turned into something else.” Selena Gomez has released three albums, and 36 singles.
She kept talking about how she wants to go into acting and make that a steady career. “The older I get the more I’m kind of like, I would like to find something to just settle on.” Selena has been acting since 2002.
Selena also came out with a makeup brand called Rare Beauty. “I launched it during COVID and it just took off and I couldn’t be more thankful,” she added. “I’m really proud.” Her brand became very popular and is held in Sephora’s all around the world.
