Deepika Joshi is a senior in her first year of Journalism. She took the class because she enjoys writing. She also states that world news, opinion editorials, and journalism in general has shaped her world view. She hopes to give future minds the ability to engage in the world through her Journalism. Outside of class, she helps choreograph Bollywood dances for a youth dance team. She also likes to raise awareness about problems afflicting the world. In ten years, she sees herself working in a health science field, and or furthering her interest in providing service.
