As of April 16th 2026 Mrs. Bromberg has become the new principal of Liberty Middle School, due to her extensive middle school experience she has the ability to strengthen collaborative team structures as well as improve and expand academic support for all students. Mrs. Bromberg’s leadership has led to a strengthening of instructional practice and an increase of support for historical under-served student groups. Her contributions to her past schools have truly showcased her dedication to the educational field of FCPS.
During Mrs Bromberg’s time in Centreville High School, she had demonstrated her commitment to building staff capacity through professional learning, coaching and continuous support for staff and students. She works alongside staff teams to fortify collaboration among Centreville faculty, while also enhancing instructional practices for students. By consistently using data to strengthen intervention systems Mrs Bomberg has been able to maintain a clear focus on improvement of learning for all students of Centreville High School.
Since the summer of 2023 Mrs. Bromberg has been an Assistant Principal for Centreville High school. Born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Mrs. Bromberg worked at a Gyro shop while she was in High School. She is also the proud owner of two dogs, one bunny and seven chickens.
Before becoming an employee of Centreville High School, she was also an Assistant Principal for Thoreau Middle School, and Herndon Middle School. Her first job in Fairfax County was teaching a woo-sshop elective class. After working in these middle schools, Mrs.Bromberg learned about Assistant Principal positions in Centreville Highs school through the FCPS Website.
“-I love the opportunity to work in a large school and be able to support many students and staff at the high school level,” Mrs. Bromberg chose Centreville High School as the place for her profession, because she loves the idea of having various educational opportunities to support her students in large schools at the high school level.
“I love cheering my students on in their academic adventures as well as in their sports activities,” Mrs. Bromberg enjoys her work at Centreville High School, because of the amount of time she spends with the students. She takes pride in supporting her students academically and athletically. One of the fondest memories that Mrs.Bromberg has is with Mrs. Wenzel, who is another Assistant Principal of Centreville High School. “–She is my bestie and she is almost as cool as I am.” Mrs. Bromberg loves working alongside Mrs. Wenzel as a fellow colleague and friend.
Mrs. Bromberg has spent a total of three years as a faculty member of Centreville High School. If leaving Centreville High School becomes a possibility, she prefers to continue working in the educational field, because of the joy it brings her. Mrs. Bromberg loves her work because of the fun times she shares with both faculty members and students. Her enthusiasm towards education is what makes her job as an Assistant Principal much more enjoyable.
Centerville Highschools bids Mrs.Bromberg, “bye bye” as she embarks on her new educational journey at Liberty Middle School, but the beginnings of her contributions to Centreville Highschool will always be remembered.
